The seller will send the technician to provide the suggestions and advices of the installation, but the buyer is responsible for the air ticket cost, accommodation, meals and USD 100 / per day for each technician. If it causes extra charges during virus period, like quarantine hotel, food, test, local transportation and other costs, should be covered by the buyer.
The installation date of machine should be friendly discussed by the Buyer and the Seller.
Time: manufacture: 4 months. Installation and test: 2 months.
The valid date of this quotation is 3 months since provided.
Payment: 100% TT, at sight. (Within 14 days after the date of contract signature, 30% of the full contract amount should be released from the TT to the Seller’s beneficial account. When the shipment is ready, 65% of the full contract amount should be released from the TT to the Seller’s beneficial account. Within 30 days after the machine is installed and commissioned, 5% of the full contract amount should be released from the TT to the Seller’s beneficial account.)
