Automatic powder coating booth is an important part of a full automatic line, it can be devided into 3 styles according to its material: Galvanized steel booth, PP booth, stainless steel booth.

| Pre-treatment includes degreasing,water rinsing,phosphating,water rinsing. Can be in spraying style or in dipping tank style. |
| Water curing-off oven is used to dry off the water after pre-treatment,in order to save time and make the powder cover on the workpiece well before entring the powder coating booth. |
| Powder coating booth is made of cold rolled steel sheet or PP panel sheet. PP Panel powder coating booth can change color quickly. If you need to change color quickly,we recommend you use PP Panel powder coating booth. |
| Powder curing oven is used to curing the powders to level into a uniform film which effectively protects the workpiece from external corrosion. |

2.How to install equipment after purchasing your equipment ?
A,We will provide installation documents ,3D assembling drawing or installation video to guide the installation work.
B.Our engineer will guide the equipment's installation and debugging on line.
C,We can arrange installers to your factory to guide the installation work if needed,this service is chargeable.
D,After the debugging, will provide complete training and track the equipment's usage regularly.
3. How is your company's after-sales service done?
A.1 year parts warranty, parts mainly include fans,burners,electric components of control cabinet,metal structure,wall panels etc,except the case of man-made damage.
